Chef Adam is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is a junior sommelier certificate holder with a passion for wine and food pairings. A native of New South Wales in Australia, Chef Adam moved to the United States when he was six years old. Chef Adam has taken culinary excursions throughout France and uses those trips as inspiration for weaving French-inspired flair into the Mimi's dining experience.
Before joining Mimis Cafe, Chef Adam worked in several prestigious restaurants including the 4-star Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley (Saucier, Sous Chef), The Domaine Carneros Estate (House Chef), and the Fine Dining concept Napa Rose (Restaurant Chef). Chef Adam also worked in culinary research and development with KnorrĀ®, the largest Unilever brand, to create new foods and sauces.
