MIMIS CAFE OPENS ITS THIRD CHICAGO AREA RESTAURANT IN NAPERVILLE, Ill

TUSTIN, Calif. - On May 29, 2008, Mimis Cafe opened its third location in Naperville at 2656 Show Place Drive. Naperville is ranked as a top community in the United States to raise children, retire and start a home-based business. The city boasts nationally acclaimed schools and one of the best public library systems in the country. Managing Partner Jeff Cuttle welcomes residents to dine at Mimis Cafe and is very excited to get involved with the community. Mimis Cafe provides more than 100 breakfast, lunch and dinner options seven days a week between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday.

Guests are often drawn to Mimis Cafe because of its European-style cottage exterior. Once inside, guests are offered a full breakfast, lunch or dinner menu. Home-cooked meals are what Mimis Cafe is known for, with something deliciously flavorful for everyone, customized to meet their specifications. Comfort food classics are the staple at Mimis Cafe with items such as the restaurant's signature Chicken Pot Pie, Fresh from the Oven Pot Roast and Slow Roasted Turkey Breast, which are baked fresh throughout the day. This summer, Mimis will provide simple seasonal entrees which will be available through Oct. 1st. These seasonal items showcase ingredients currently in their prime, such as fresh asparagus, shrimp and strawberries. With options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, seasonal entrees continue to be a guest favorite and allow Mimi's chefs to maximize the very best of summer's harvest.

Guests seeking lighter fare have options such as the Soup and; Petite Salad, with six salads to choose from as well as three signature, homemade soups, Quiche Lorraine with Bacon and; Swiss Cheese or Citrus Salmon, which are located on the Small Bites portion of the menu, or full salads such as the Bleu Cheese and; Walnut, Zesty Chicken Tostada or Mimi's Chopped Cobb. Sandwich selections include Albacore Salad and; Avocado and the French Quarter burger, to name a few. As a family-friendly restaurant, children are not forgotten at Mimis Cafe. An affordable, all-inclusive Kid's Meal for children under age 12 includes an entree, side dish, beverage and dessert with healthy-choice options.

Seafood, pasta and steaks are popular at Mimis Cafe with options like Cajun Blackened Salmon, Jambalaya and pan seared, 12 oz. Top Sirloin, among others. The restaurant offers guests a full bar touting wine, beer and cocktails complete with The ABSOLUT Magnificent Mary, Fresh Squeezed Margaritas and Mimitinis.
