NEW MENUS AT MIMIS CAFE SERVE UP FRESH and HEALTHY DINING

NATIONWIDE, REVISED MENU DESIGN SPOTLIGHTS FRESH PRODUCE, FULL FLAVORED INGREDIENTS

TUSTIN, Calif. - Mimis Cafe is serving up a fresh, new look to its full flavored lunch and dinner menus nationwide, beginning May 22nd. Guests will visually travel through Mimis Cafe's newly redesigned menus, which stay true to the company's eclectic style, while showcasing its passion and commitment to providing guests with fresh produce selections, on-site scratch preparation and healthy dining selections.

The inviting menu welcomes guests to learn more about the techniques used to prepare their menu choices. In addition, the menu calls attention to Mimis Cafe chefs' healthy preparation techniques and attention to flavorful details, which result in an enhanced dining experience and higher health value for guests. Examples include hand-breading of all zucchini and chicken items. Sauces made to order by chefs; and all steaks are USDA-Choice. "Fresh Facts" throughout the menu signal healthy lifestyle dining options, such as daily homemade soup or fresh fruit substitutions for french fries.

Also new to the Mimis Cafe menu is the addition of seven seasonal summer items, which showcase ingredients currently in their prime, such as asparagus, shrimp and strawberries. With options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, seasonal entrées continue to be a guest favorite and allow Mimis chefs to maximize the very best of summer's harvest.

Fresh Asparagus Omelette: A fluffy three-egg omelette with diced fresh asparagus, tomatoes and onions. Topped with jack cheese, broiled asparagus spears and tomato asiago cream sauce. Served with red skin potatoes, a freshly baked muffin and fresh squeezed juice. $8.29

Fresh Asparagus and; Potato Cake Benedict: Crispy potato cakes topped with poached eggs, broiled fresh asparagus and hollandaise sauce. Served with fresh strawberries and melon, and fresh squeezed juice. $8.29

New appetizer! Griddled Pork Pot Stickers: Prepared with sweet and; sour glaze and served with asian peanut slaw. $7.99

Citrus Broiled Shrimp and; Fresh Asparagus: Grilled shrimp and fresh asparagus drizzled with creamy basil pesto aioli. Served with baby spring greens and fresh strawberries tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. $9.99

Pesto Chicken Patty Melt: Topped with griddled red onions, sliced tomatoes, swiss cheese and basil pesto aioli on grilled garlic sourdough parmesan. $9.49

Spice Rubbed Baby Back Ribs: Slow cooked until the meat falls off the bone. Smothered in our zesty house made BBQ sauce. Served with french fries and creamy coleslaw. $16.29
