MIMIS CAFE TO OPEN RESTAURANT IN WAL-MART’S HOMETOWN

The first-ever Wal-Mart store opened for business in rural Rogers, Arkansas in 1962. Since then, the company and the surrounding town have grown tremendously. Now the ninth largest city in the state has a new dining option with upscale family dining restaurant, Mimi’s Cafe. Scheduled to open in late February, the 109th Mimi’s location at the Pinnacle Hills Promenade will mark the first Rogers location and the second in the state, with an existing Mimi’s Cafe in Little Rock. Known and loved for homemade meals made with fresh ingredients, served in generous portions at reasonable prices, the restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner between 7:00am and 11:00 p.m. daily. For additional information or reservations, please call (473) 936-7983.
