MIMIS CAFE ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING IN ROUND ROCK, TEXAS

TUSTIN, Calif. - Mimis Cafe, a collection of upscale casual dining restaurants, will open its 10th Texas location on July 24 at 4151 North IH 35 at the intersection of Chandler Road and North IH 35. The restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Managing Partner Jonathan Boren welcomes the community to enjoy more than 100 breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes, which are homemade daily and served in generous portions at reasonable prices.

And now, guests seeking lighter fare have plenty of options to choose from on the new "Just Enough" lunch and dinner menus that offer the same freshness and high quality preparation. To capture harvests at their peak, seasonal features on the menu showcase produce currently in its prime and allow Mimis chefs to maximize the very best of the season"s harvest. This summer, Mimis offers 10 dishes full of flavor including Citrus Broiled Shrimp & Fresh Asparagus, Pesto Chicken Patty Melt and Mediterranean Chicken Fettuccine.

The new restaurant offers guests a full bar touting wine, beer and cocktails such as The ABSOLUT Magnificent Mary, Fresh Squeezed Margaritas and Mimitinis. Bountiful desserts are also available with Mimis S'mores, Bread Pudding, Triple Chocolate Brownie and more.

To support the Round Rock community, Mimis Cafe is supplying 1,800 Certificates of Achievement, redeemable for a complimentary kid's meal, to nearby Caldwell Heights Elementary School and Union Hill Elementary School. In addition, many teachers from these local schools will receive a Certificate of Appreciation for a complimentary specialty coffee and dessert.
