MIMIS CAFE OPENS LINCOLN RESTAURANT IN EARLY DECEMBER
New location marks sixth in Sacramento areaTUSTIN, Calif. – Mimis Cafe, the collection of upscale family dining restaurants known and loved in Sacramento for comfort food classics, opened a Lincoln, Calif., location in early December 2007. The new restaurant, which marks the sixth Mimis Cafe in the Sacramento area and the 120th nationwide, will be located at 850 Groveland Lane. General Manager Cody Getz welcomes the community to visit the Lincoln restaurant to try Mimis signature Pain Perdu Breakfast, French Quarter burger or Chicken Pot Pie, or one of the other 100 eclectic items on the menu. Mimis Cafe serves fresh, homemade meals in generous portions at reasonable prices for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Special dishes to capture harvests at their peak will be featured regularly on the “Seasonal Features” section of the menu. “Mimis Cafe has a longstanding commitment to bettering the communities it serves. As we prepare to debut the Lincoln restaurant, we are simultaneously reaching out to Creekside Oaks Elementary School and First Street School to offer more than 1,000 Certificates of Achievement redeemable for a complimentary kid’s meal,” said Doug Branigan, local Mimis Cafe Market Partner.The new restaurant will offer seating for more than 200 guests within multiple rooms, each with a different feel. The interior design will showcase New Orleans café décor with vibrant colors and jazzy art, while the unique exterior architecture resembles a colorful European cottage.
