MIMIS CAFE OFFICIALLY OPENS MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA LOCATION

Community Celebrates Opening of Upscale Casual Dining Restaurant

TUSTIN, Calif. (January 8, 2009) – Mimis Cafe, a collection of upscale casual dining restaurants, celebrated its Montgomery, Ala. grand opening today with an official ribbon cutting ceremony with the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce. Many Mimis Cafe fans came out for the opening and lined up for the Meet Me at Mimis promotion that awarded $3,000 worth of free gift cards to the first 75 18-year-old plus guests.

The new restaurant features contemporary décor and a full service bar with specialty drinks including the Mimitini and Fresh Squeezed Margaritas. Guests can also sample Mimi’s Cafes new “Just Enough” menu items and “Comfort Classics” prepared fresh daily from scratch. This new design is currently being rolled out in Mimis Cafe locations nationwide.
