MIMIS CAFE’S LAKE FOREST, CALIF. LOCATION CELEBRATES OFFICIAL REOPENING

TUSTIN, Calif. (March 10, 2009) – Mimis Cafe, a collection of upscale casual dining restaurants, will celebrate the reopening of its Lake Forest location with a “Meet Me at Mimis” special event at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 12. Guests are invited to meet at the restaurant where more than $3,000 worth of free gift cards will be presented to the first 75 18-year-old plus guests in line. In addition, an official ribbon cutting ceremony will take place with local dignitaries from the Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce.

The restaurant features an updated, contemporary décor and full service bar with specialty drinks including Fresh Squeezed Margaritas. Guests will also enjoy Mimis Cafe’s new “Just Enough” menu items and “Comfort Classics” prepared fresh daily from scratch. This new design is currently being rolled out in Mimis Cafe locations nationwide.
