MIMIS CAFE ANNOUNCES MEET ME AT MIMIS EVENT AT RANCHO MIRAGE LOCATION

TUSTIN, Calif. (March 16, 2009) – Mimis Cafe, a collection of upscale casual dining restaurants, will celebrate the official reopening of its Rancho Mirage location with a “Meet Me at Mimis” special event at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 19. That morning, an official ribbon cutting ceremony will take place with local dignitaries from the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce and more than $3,000 worth of free gift cards will be presented to the first 75 18-year-old plus guests in line.

Rancho Mirage Mimis Cafe will now feature an updated, contemporary décor and full service bar with specialty drinks including Fresh Squeezed Margaritas. Guests will also enjoy Mimis Cafe’s new “Just Enough” menu items and “Comfort Classics” prepared fresh daily from scratch. This new design is currently being rolled out in Mimis Cafe locations nationwide.
