UPLAND, CALIF. MIMIS CAFE INVITES COMMUNITY TO MEET ME AT MIMI'S TO CELEBRATE REOPENING
TUSTIN, Calif. (April 14, 2009) – Mimis Cafe, the all day fresh cafe, will celebrate the official reopening of its Upland location on Thursday, April 16 with a Meet Me at Mimi’s special event by giving out $3,000 worth of gift cards during a ribbon cutting ceremony. The event begins at 9 a.m. with a ribbon cutting with local dignitaries from the Upland Chamber of Commerce. Gift cards ranging from $25 to $100 will be awarded to the first 75, 18-year and older guests in line. KOLA-FM will be on-hand prior to the ribbon cutting offering entertainment for early morning guests waiting in line.“Mimis Cafe has been serving the Upland community for more than 21 years,” said Tim Pulido, Mimis Cafe President and Chief Concept Officer. “We are proud to offer our newly enhanced dining experience to our loyal and new guests in this valued community.” The newly updated location will now feature contemporary décor and a full service bar with specialty drinks including “Fresh Squeezed Margaritas”. This new design is currently being rolled out in Mimis Cafe’s new and updated locations nationwide. Guests can also enjoy Mimis Cafe’s new “Just Enough” menu with lunch starting at $5.99 and “Comfort Classics” prepared fresh daily from scratch. The Upland Mimis Cafe is located at 370 North Mountain Ave. Restaurant hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
