MIMIS CAFE INVITES RICHMOND, VA. COMMUNITY TO GRAND OPENING MEET ME AT MIMI’S EVENT

TUSTIN, Calif. (May 12, 2009) – Mimis Cafe, the all day fresh cafe, announces the grand opening of its newest location in Richmond with a special Meet Me at Mimi’s event on Wednesday, May 13 at 9 a.m. The first 75, 18-year and older guests in line that morning will be awarded valuable gift cards ranging from $25 to $100. Richmond Chamber of Commerce dignitaries will participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony and local entertainment will be provided by Mix 103.7 FM.

The Richmond location features the brand new Mimis Cafe design with contemporary décor and a full service bar that offers specialty drinks including Fresh Margaritas, Signature Cocktails and Cool Martinis. Mimis Cafe is a favorite destination for restaurant goers looking relax and connect over breakfast, lunch or dinner. Mimis Cafe’s menu features fresh, quality ingredients with seasonal offerings and healthy options. Guests can sample Mimis Cafe’s new “Just Enough” menu items starting at just $5.99 for lunch or “Comfort Classics” prepared fresh daily from scratch.
