MIMIS CAFE ANNOUNCES SPECIAL EVENT TO CELEBRATE FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CALIF. REOPENING
TUSTIN, Calif. (May 13, 2009) – Mimis Cafe, the all day fresh cafe, will celebrate the reopening of its Fountain Valley location on Friday, May 15 by giving out $3,000 worth of gift cards during an official ribbon cutting ceremony. The “Meet Me at Mimis” special event begins at 9 a.m. with a ribbon cutting including local dignitaries from the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce. Gift cards ranging from $25 to $100 will be awarded to the first 75, 18-year and older guests in line. “Fountain Valley is our latest Orange County location to offer a modernized dining experience to our local guests,” said Tim Pulido, Mimis Cafe President and Chief Concept Officer. “We hope our Meet Me at Mimi’s celebration and free gift cards will help brighten the day of the local, Fountain Valley residents that have supported us over the last 19 years.”The newly reimaged location will now feature an updated, contemporary décor and a full service bar with specialty drinks including Fresh Margaritas, Signature Cocktails and Cool Martinis. This new design is currently being rolled out in Mimis Cafe’s new and reimaged locations nationwide. Guests can also enjoy Mimis Cafe’s new “Just Enough” menu with lunch starting at $5.99 and “Comfort Classics” prepared fresh daily from scratch.
