Upscale Casual Restaurant Plans Community Reopening Celebration TUSTIN, Calif. (October 20, 2008) - Mimi's Cafe, a collection of upscale casual dining restaurants, will celebrate the grand reopening of its San Bernardino restaurant with a series of community events including more than $3,000 in gift cards and coupons for guests and an official ribbon cutting with assistant to Mayor Patrick Morris, Peggy Hazlett on Thursday, November 13. Leading up to the official ribbon cutting, Wednesday, November 12 is a day of delicious fundraising with a portion of proceeds being donated to the American Red Cross Inland Empire Chapter. During these events, guests can experience the redesigned restaurant and sample Mimi's Cafe's new "Just Enough" favorite menu items now available in smaller portions and "Comfort Classics" prepared fresh daily from scratch. "After months of planning, we are excited to unveil the new look and feel of Mimi's Cafe to the San Bernardino community," said Tim Pulido, president of Mimi's Cafe.The San Bernardino restaurant follows the Laguna Niguel reopening as one the first of Mimi's Cafes 139 locations to feature the newly-updated decor, which will eventually roll out nationwide. The design also includes a full service bar with specialty drinks including the Mimitini and Fresh Squeezed Margaritas. As part of the San Bernardino reopening, Mimi's Cafe is working closely with the American Red Cross Inland Empire Chapter.
