Bob Evans Farms, Inc. purchased
Mimis Cafe in July of 2004. At that time,
Mimi’s was a privately held company with
80+ restaurants. We were looking to expand our
brand, take it national and make it a presence
in the Casual Dining Sector nationwide. Bob Evans
saw and appreciated our excellence in execution
and commitment to high quality in all areas of
our business. Our values mirrored theirs and they
felt that acquiring Mimis Cafe, would be
mutually beneficial.
What a great partnership it has been! Under Bob
Evans’ umbrella, we have opened an additional
50+ restaurants, and continue to develop synergies
in all areas of our business.
